Herberton State School P -10 has been caring for our students for over 100 years. Our school is situated in a small country town. Teachers and staff know each student and family in the school, providing a strong foundation for a safe and supportive learning environment at both our Primary and Secondary campuses.
Herberton State School P-10 boasts a strong focus on Literacy and Numeracy across all curriculum areas. The school recently achieved the Regional Showcase Award for Middle Schooling for our excellence in this phase of schooling. Our Secondary students also have the opportunity to participate in a range of specialist and vocational education subjects. All students are encouraged to excel in all areas and develop the skills and knowledge to progress on a positive pathway through the education years.
